For the history lovers in your family, the Mott’s Military Museum, with tours and exhibits of United States Armed Forces history, is another excellent choice.

Sandusky will provide your family with a variety of outdoor activities found nowhere else. Cedar Point Amusement Park has 67 rides and 16 thrilling roller coasters. Also be sure to spend some time enjoying Erie Lake, where you can find some of the best freshwater fishing in the United States. For a wild adventure, take a drive through the African Safari Wildlife Park, where you can see everything from zebras to giraffes. This is the Midwest’s only drive-through safari park!
